What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and what support might feel right for you.
Do I need to have everything figured out before I reach out?
Not at all. You can come exactly as you are, even if things feel messy or hard to put into words. I’m here to walk alongside you and help you make sense of things one gentle step at a time
What kinds of support do you offer?
I offer 1:1 advocacy support, parenting support and education, and a safe, calm space to talk through life’s challenges. Whether in person or online, my role is to support you in a way that feels right and empowering for you.
Can I bring parenting questions or family concerns?
Absolutely. I have many years of experience in parent education and family support. We can explore practical strategies, strengthen relationships, and talk through anything that feels challenging at home.
What if I feel nervous about reaching out?
That’s completely normal. Reaching out takes courage. My goal is to make the process as gentle and safe as possible — no pressure, no judgment, just a warm space where you can take things at your own pace.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. If connecting from home feels safer or more comfortable, I’m happy to meet online. My aim is to meet you wherever you feel most supported.
How do I know if this space is right for me?
You’ll know by how it feels. Our first conversation is simply a chance for you to get a sense of me, ask questions, and see whether The Gentle Space feels like a good fit.
How long does a session go for?
Sessions are usually around 50 minutes. This gives us enough time to talk through what’s on your mind at a calm, comfortable pace.
